ZentraCore Incident & Service Sustainability Review Notice

ZentraCore Imagica / Imagica Vision / Vmotion 1.0

ZentraCore is issuing this notice to formally inform our community that a critical operational review is currently underway regarding the future of ZentraCore Imagica, including all Imagica Vision image generation systems and Vmotion 1.0 video generation models.

This review has become necessary due to a combination of escalating financial pressures, infrastructure limitations, operational burdens, and platform safety concerns that have significantly intensified over recent months.

Since the launch of Imagica, ZentraCore has committed substantial resources toward building and maintaining accessible AI image and video generation technologies. Our goal has always been to provide high-quality creative tools while maintaining responsible and safe operation standards.

However, despite continued investment and platform improvements, Imagica has operated at a sustained and increasingly unsustainable financial loss. The operational costs required to maintain the service now substantially exceed the revenue generated by the platform.

The primary contributing factors include:

• High AI infrastructure and model inference costs

• Rapidly increasing cloud storage and media retention expenses

• Escalating moderation, trust & safety, and compliance requirements

• User management, abuse prevention, and account security operations

• Ongoing platform maintenance, monitoring, and reliability costs

In parallel with these financial challenges, ZentraCore has recorded a growing number of incidents involving misuse of Imagica’s image and video generation systems.

These incidents have included attempts to generate content that violates our Terms of Service, infringes upon the rights of individuals or organizations, or may breach applicable laws and regulations. While the overwhelming majority of users continue to use the platform responsibly, the increasing frequency and complexity of inappropriate usage cases have required extensive intervention by our moderation and trust & safety teams.

Each incident requires investigation, content review, enforcement action, compliance assessment, and infrastructure analysis. These processes consume significant operational resources and have further increased the cost and complexity of maintaining the platform safely and responsibly.

As part of our commitment to transparency, we believe it is important to openly communicate the current situation to our community.

Without substantial improvement in both the financial sustainability and safety profile of the service, ZentraCore may be forced to discontinue certain Imagica products or permanently shut down parts of the platform, including the Imagica Vision and Vmotion model families.

At this stage, no final decision has been made. However, all options remain under active consideration, including:

• Service restructuring

• Feature limitations or restrictions

• Reduced or removed free-tier access

• Mandatory identity verification for selected capabilities

• Migration toward paid-only access models

• Partial or complete shutdown of affected services

This review is not being conducted because of a lack of belief in the technology or the community that has supported it. Rather, it reflects the growing gap between the resources required to operate these services responsibly and the resources currently available to sustain them.

ZentraCore’s responsibility extends beyond innovation alone. We must also ensure that our products can be operated safely, legally, ethically, and sustainably. If we determine that these standards can no longer be maintained, we will take the necessary action to protect our users, our infrastructure, and the wider community.

We recognize the impact this announcement may have on creators, developers, businesses, and community members who rely on Imagica. We remain committed to providing updates as this review progresses and will communicate any final decisions with as much advance notice and clarity as possible.
